Bringing purpose to learning.
Traditional educational models teach and assess subject content in isolation, preparing students solely for standardized tests. Real life doesn’t happen in isolation, why should education? Interdisciplinary learning blends subjects to create connections and bring relevance to learning. It is one of the key elements of Nordic High International School and we bring it alive through learning units called Quests.
School days consist of ‘traditional’ subject lessons where students learn the relevant subject content knowledge and skills, as well as Quest lessons where they apply what they have learned.
